The terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Howling Yeti Creations. Howling Yeti Creations operates this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products, and services in order to provide you, the customer, with a curated shopping experience (the “Services”). Howling Yeti Creations is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.
These terms and conditions, together with any policies referenced herein (these “Terms of Service” or “Terms”), describe your rights and responsibilities when you use the Services.

Some Howling Yeti Creations products are handcrafted, made to order, customized, or produced through print-on-demand manufacturing. Minor variations between products may occur.
Natural materials, including wood, may contain variations in grain, color, texture, knots, markings, and other characteristics. These natural variations are part of the material and are not necessarily defects.
All product descriptions, availability, designs, specifications, and pricing are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to discontinue products or limit quantities offered to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction.
SECTION 3 - ORDERS
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase.
Howling Yeti Creations reserves the right to accept, decline, modify, or cancel an order when reasonably necessary, including in cases involving product availability, suspected fraud, pricing or listing errors, payment problems, or other circumstances affecting our ability to fulfill the order.
Your order is not accepted until your payment has been successfully processed and the order has been accepted by us.
Please review your order carefully before submitting it. Because some products are made to order, printed on demand, handcrafted, or customized, we may be unable to accommodate cancellation or modification requests after production or fulfillment has begun.
If we need to make a material change to or cancel an order, we will attempt to contact you using the information provided with your order.
Returns, replacements, and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.
You represent that purchases made through our store are for lawful purposes.
SECTION 4 - PRICES, TAXES, AND BILLING
Prices, discounts, products, and promotions are subject to change without notice.
The price charged for a product will generally be the price displayed at the time the order is placed, subject to correction of obvious errors.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, advertised product prices do not include applicable sales taxes or shipping charges. Applicable taxes and shipping charges will be calculated and displayed during checkout when required.
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase, payment, shipping, and account information for purchases made through our store.
You represent and warrant that payment information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.
You agree to pay all charges associated with your order, including the product price, applicable shipping charges, and applicable taxes.

Shipping availability, rates, processing information, and estimated delivery times are governed by our Shipping Policy and the shipping options presented during checkout.
All delivery and processing times are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise. Delivery may be affected by production schedules, carrier delays, weather, holidays, supply issues, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Some products may be fulfilled from different locations or by different production partners. Orders containing multiple types of products may therefore arrive in separate shipments.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
If an order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or experiences another fulfillment problem, please contact us as described in our Return & Refund Policy.
SECTION 6 - SUBSCRIPTIONS AND RECURRING PURCHASES
Certain products, including the Yeti Pack, may be offered as recurring subscriptions.
When you purchase a subscription, you authorize recurring charges to your selected payment method according to the price and billing frequency disclosed at checkout.
Unless canceled in accordance with the applicable subscription cancellation terms, your subscription will continue to renew at the disclosed billing interval.
Subscription cancellation prevents future renewals but does not automatically cancel or refund an order that has already been processed.
Subscription products, contents, designs, or selections may change from one subscription period to another when the nature of the subscription provides for rotating or changing products.

SECTION 7 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Our Services, including our original trademarks, brand elements, text, displays, graphics, photographs, artwork, illustrations, characters, product designs, logos, videos, audio, and the selection and arrangement thereof, are owned by or licensed to Howling Yeti Creations and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Unless expressly authorized by us or permitted by applicable law, you may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, sell, download, store, or transmit our protected materials.

Howling Yeti Creations names, logos, original designs, characters, artwork, slogans, and other brand identifiers may not be used without appropriate permission.
Shopify’s names, logos, products, services, designs, and slogans are trademarks or other intellectual property of Shopify. Other names, logos, products, and services appearing through the Services may be the property of their respective owners.

Howling Yeti Creations is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you. However, any sales and purchases you make in our Store are made directly with Howling Yeti Creations.
By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of any sales between you and Howling Yeti Creations, including any injury, damage, or loss resulting from purchased products and services.
You hereby expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from claims, damages, and liabilities arising from or related to your purchases and transactions with Howling Yeti Creations to the extent permitted by applicable law.
