SHIPPING POLICY

Howling Yeti Creations ships physical products to customers within the United States. Shipping availability, rates, and estimated delivery times are displayed during checkout based on the products in your order.

INDIVIDUAL STICKERS

Individual sticker orders ship according to the following rates:

• 1–2 individual stickers: $4.99 shipping
• 3 or more individual stickers: FREE U.S. SHIPPING

Estimated delivery is generally 5–8 business days. Delivery estimates do not include unexpected carrier delays.

YETI PACK

Yeti Pack monthly subscription orders include FREE U.S. SHIPPING.

Each monthly Pack is fulfilled after the applicable subscription order is processed. Shipping and delivery times may vary slightly depending on production and carrier conditions.

HANDCRAFTED & OTHER PRODUCTS

Shipping rates and delivery estimates for handcrafted products, custom creations, and other merchandise may vary depending on the item's size, weight, production requirements, and destination. The applicable shipping options and charges will be shown at checkout before payment.

PRODUCTION & PROCESSING

Some Howling Yeti Creations products are handcrafted or produced on demand. Processing or production time may occur before an order ships and is separate from carrier transit time.

Orders containing different types of products may be produced or fulfilled separately and may arrive in multiple shipments. You will not be charged additional shipping beyond the amount shown and accepted at checkout for that order.

SHIPPING ADDRESSES

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. If you notice an error in your shipping information, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has entered production or shipped.

DELAYS & LOST PACKAGES

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery may be affected by weather, carrier disruptions, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.

If tracking indicates a problem with your shipment or your order appears to be lost, please contact us through the contact information provided on our website and include your order number so we can assist you.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please follow the instructions in our Return & Refund Policy.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Howling Yeti Creations currently ships within the United States only. International shipping may be offered in the future.
